The career you probably didn't know existed

What if the skills you already have could become your career?

If you're organized, resourceful, good with people, and somehow always the person everyone asks for help — you may already have the foundation to become a Lifestyle Manager.

I teach women how to turn those skills into a flexible career working with founders, executives, creators, and busy families.

Maybe you don't need another side hustle.Maybe you just haven't been introduced to the right career yet.

You've probably been told your options are to climb the corporate ladder, go back to school, start a business, or somehow build a following online.

But there are people making a living doing what you're probably already naturally good at:

  • Planning.
  • Organizing.
  • Researching.
  • Booking.
  • Communicating.
  • Problem solving.
  • Making things happen.

It's called Lifestyle Management.

The role

So… what does a Lifestyle Manager actually do?

Lifestyle Managers help busy people manage the moving pieces of their lives and businesses. Not just inboxes and calendars — the trips, the moves, the dinners, the vendors, the details that quietly hold someone's week together. It's part strategist, part fixer, part the person they trust with everything.

A note from me

I'm Katelyn — and I want more women to know this career exists.

I kept meeting the same woman. She was waiting tables, nannying, working the front desk, finishing school, running the schedule for everyone around her. Sharp, unbelievably capable, and completely convinced she didn't have "real" experience yet.

Meanwhile, I was watching founders, executives and busy families pay well for exactly the things she did all day without thinking about it. Planning. Anticipating. Fixing. Following through.

The gap was never ability. It was exposure. Nobody told her this was a job you could actually be hired for, or how to describe herself so someone would hire her.

That's what I do now: give women the path I wish someone had handed me. How the work really functions, how to build the skills professionally, how to position yourself, and how to grow from there.

Questions

Everything you're probably wondering.

What exactly is a Lifestyle Manager?

A Lifestyle Manager helps busy people run the logistics of their personal and professional lives — travel, scheduling, research, reservations, events, moves, vendors, projects, and the ongoing preferences that make someone's life run smoothly. It's a trusted, relationship-based role rather than a task-by-task one.

Do I need previous experience?

No formal experience is required. Most women who do well here have been doing versions of this work informally for years — in restaurants, hospitality, nannying, retail, admin roles or school. The training is designed to turn those instincts into professional skills.

Can I do this remotely?

Much of the work is remote. Some clients prefer occasional in-person support, and some projects involve travel, but a large portion of Lifestyle Management happens from a laptop and a phone.

Do I need a college degree?

No. Clients care about judgment, communication, follow-through and discretion far more than credentials.

Who do Lifestyle Managers work with?

Founders, executives, creators, investors, professionals and busy families — people whose time is stretched and who need someone capable managing the details.

Is this the same as being a virtual assistant?

There can be overlap, but they're not the same. Virtual assistant work is often defined by discrete tasks. Lifestyle Management is positioned more broadly around managing personal and professional logistics, preferences, projects, experiences and ongoing client needs — closer to owning an area of someone's life than completing a to-do list.

How does the training work?

You learn the core Lifestyle Management skills, complete your certification, and then work through how to position yourself, communicate with clients, and operate professionally. We also connect and supply you with the right software, tools, and clients to support your path.

What happens after I apply?
